Andrea Ng

Andrea Ng is a Partner at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in real estate law, investment funds, and financial services regulation. She advises on trust, asset and wealth management matters with a focus on REITs, including initial public offerings, debt financing, equity fund raising, mergers and acquisitions (including by way of scheme of arrangement), REIT restructuring, and securitisation.

Andrea has acted for REIT Trustees in landmark REIT mergers, including DBS Trustee Limited in the S$4.2 billion merger between Mapletree Commercial Trust and Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust, and HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited in the S$8.27 billion merger of CMT and CCT. She has also advised on REIT IPOs, including Centurion Accommodation REIT (Singapore's first pure-play purpose-built living accommodation REIT) which raised approximately S$771.1 million, and Manulife US REIT, the first US pure-play office REIT in Asia. She advises on private funds and handles the full range of fund documentation from establishment to deployment of capital, and has developed regulatory and transactional expertise in virtual and digital assets.

Andrea holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2006) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2007.

She has been ranked in Investment Funds by Chambers Asia-Pacific (2025–2026), recommended in Investment Funds, Capital Markets, and Fintech and Financial Services Regulatory by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, and recognised as a Distinguished Practitioner in Investment Funds by Asialaw Profiles.
