Pat Lynn Leong

Pat Lynn Leong is a Senior Partner and Head of Dentons Rodyk's Real Estate practice department, specialising in Real Estate Law. She is also Co-Head of the Corporate Real Estate practice. Her experience spans diverse real estate and banking and finance transactions, including acquisition and disposal of investment portfolios, development site acquisitions, and real estate aspects of banking and corporate M&A.

Pat Lynn has represented developers in all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial property development, and has advised on leasing of commercial complexes, sales and acquisitions with leaseback, and long-term lease negotiations. She has been involved in numerous projects involving planning issues, change of use and redevelopment of existing projects. Her banking and finance experience includes representing lenders and borrowers in domestic loan transactions, including negotiating and documenting security over real estate and project assets.

Pat Lynn has represented investors, REITs and property funds in some of Singapore's largest corporate real estate acquisitions, including Asia Square Tower 1 and 2, One George Street, Manulife Centre and the S$2.2 billion acquisition of Jurong Point. She has also advised on the divestment of Crowne Plaza Changi Airport and the acquisition of portfolios of logistics and industrial assets.

Pat Lynn holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Exeter (1991).

She is recognised as a Leading Individual for Real Estate by Chambers Asia-Pacific (2023–2026) and as a Recommended Lawyer in Real Estate by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific. She was named Lawyer of the Year for Real Estate at the Women in Business Law APAC Awards (2023) and recognised as one of Asia's Top 15 Female Lawyers by Asian Legal Business (2024).
