Clarissa Cheong

Clarissa Cheong is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Real Estate Practice, specialising in Real Estate Law. She advises on a broad range of real estate transactions, with experience in collective sales and large‑scale residential and executive condominium development projects.

Notable transactions include acting for the owners of Bagnall Court in its S$115.28 million collective sale, and acting in the development sales of Altura (a 360‑unit executive condominium), Emerald of Katong (an 846‑unit condominium project that sold nearly all units in one weekend), and Upperhouse at Orchard Boulevard.

Clarissa holds an LL.B. from the National University of Singapore (2014) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2015. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
