Alyssa Tan

Alyssa Tan is a Counsel in the Construction & Engineering Practice at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in construction law. Her practice extends to both contentious and non‑contentious work in building, construction, engineering and infrastructure projects.

She has acted as counsel for developers and contractors in arbitration, litigation and adjudication proceedings concerning disputes ranging from residential and commercial buildings to engineering and infrastructure projects. She has advised a government agency on project structuring and documentation for a S$9.5 billion public infrastructure facility for waste management, advised Surbana Jurong on project documentation for the development of its global headquarters valued at approximately S$400 million, and advised F&N Investments Pte Ltd on the establishment of its Myanmar joint venture and the EPC development of a US$50 million greenfield brewery plant. She also advised on project documentation for major tourist attractions and rejuvenation projects, as well as high‑tech semiconductor manufacturing facilities, data centres, and pharmaceutical plants.

Alyssa holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Bristol (2013) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2015.
