Lesley TAN

Lesley Tan is a Partner in the Energy, Projects & Construction Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in construction law. Her practice encompasses both front‑end project advisory work and contentious disputes, advising on mega infrastructure projects including integrated resorts, petro‑chemical plants, airports, major sports facilities, aeronautical engineering facilities, offshore supply bases, and desalination plants. She drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts and tender documents, and advises on contract administration, risk management, and insurance coverage.

She has acted for statutory boards, developers, consultants, and contractors in litigation, arbitration, and adjudication proceedings involving high‑value disputes relating to commercial buildings, residential developments, airport terminals, and tunnelling works in Singapore and the Middle East. She also represents parties in enforcement proceedings, including garnishee applications, company winding‑up, and performance bond disputes.

(Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
