Antero Jose CAGANDA

Antero Jose Caganda is the Managing Partner of Gruba Law, a member of WPG, specialising in corporate and commercial law. He advises clients on business entity formation, reorganisation, and winding up; cross‑border transaction structuring; acquisitions and divestitures; debt financing arrangements; securities transactions; and real property acquisition and conveyancing. He also handles a broad range of commercial contracts, providing strategic legal counsel to clients across multiple sectors.

He has extensive experience in corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, and real estate transactions, serving a diverse range of clients from startups to established corporations. His practice covers the full spectrum of corporate and commercial law, delivering practical and commercially sound legal solutions.

He holds a Juris Doctor from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law (1994) and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1995.
