Yi Jing Teo

Yi Jing Teo is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice and the Deputy Head of the Fintech/Blockchain practice, focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and blockchain and digital assets.

She has been involved in numerous IPOs and other equity capital market transactions such as rights issues and placements, and has advised on private equity transactions and a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters. She also advises on token offerings, blockchain and distributed ledger technology, and regulatory and licensing requirements with the Monetary Authority of Singapore under the Payment Services Act. Notable transactions include acting for issuers, issue managers and placement agents in domestic and cross-border public offerings involving issuers with business interests spanning Singapore, China, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar and India; advising a diversified SGX-listed real estate owner and developer on various disposal and investment transactions; and acting for the offeror in a partial offer for 51% of a Singapore-listed oil and gas exploration and production company. She has also advised a government-linked investment holding company on its disposal of agritech investments.

Yi Jing Teo holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2002). She is effectively bilingual in English and Chinese and is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.

She is recognised by Best Lawyers in Singapore for Corporate Law and Capital Markets Law.
