Xinlei Ng

Xinlei Ng is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice, focusing on investment funds and financial regulatory work.

She has over 10 years of experience in the investment funds industry across private practice and in-house roles. She regularly advises fund managers on the formation, structuring and marketing of Singapore-based and offshore fund vehicles, including Variable Capital Companies (VCCs), limited partnerships and family office structures. She also acts for institutional and high-net-worth investors on fund investments, reviewing and negotiating fund documentation and advising on investor rights and safeguards. Additionally, she advises both first-time and established fund managers on licensing and exemption applications under the Securities and Futures Act, as well as ongoing regulatory compliance.

Xinlei holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Leicester (2005), a Graduate Diploma in Singapore Law from the National University of Singapore (2009), and completed the Postgraduate Practical Law Course at the Board of Legal Education, Singapore (2009). She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2010.

She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore.
