Rachel Pang

Rachel Pang is an Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice group, specialising in Corporate Law. Her areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.

Rachel has acted for a leading sōgō shōsha in connection with its investment in the digital services arm of a Malaysian telecommunications group, for an Asia-based energy and chemicals group on a proposed cross-border acquisition, and for a multinational technology company on its acquisition of interests in energy-related assets in Japan through a Singapore-incorporated joint venture structure. She has also acted for a private infrastructure investment fund in connection with its investment in a joint venture holding data centre assets and for an Asia-focused private equity firm on its acquisition of an international manufacturing group with operations across Asia and Europe.

Rachel holds an LL.B. (Hons) from King's College London (2022). She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2025. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
