John Mark Chen

John Mark Chen is a Partner at CNPLaw, focusing on Competition Law. He is a corporate mergers and acquisitions lawyer who specialises in competition law.

With almost 20 years PQE from Singapore and the United Kingdom, John Mark’s expertise encompasses a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity funds, commercial agreements, employment, and regulatory matters. His clients come from a diverse range of industries such as F&B, telecommunications, card payments, electronics, aviation, financial services, hospitality, raw materials, maritime, pharmaceuticals and freight forwarding.

He regularly handles matters such as cartel investigations, abuse of dominance investigations, dawn-raid management, leniency applications, antitrust and merger control notifications.
