Anne Tan

Anne Tan is a Senior Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice, specialising in Corporate Law. Her practice encompasses investment funds, employment law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.

Anne has extensive experience in investment funds, advising on fund formation, structures, regulatory and licensing compliance. She has assisted with the establishment of onshore funds in Singapore and offshore funds domiciled in Mauritius, the BVI and the Cayman Islands across various asset classes, including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital and real estate funds. Her work includes drafting and reviewing offering documents, limited partnership agreements, investment management agreements, and registration of funds with the Monetary Authority of Singapore. She has advised on the establishment of multiple Variable Capital Companies (VCCs), including funds focused on cryptocurrency, real estate, venture capital, and Shariah-compliant assets.

In employment law, Anne advises multinational corporations and senior executives on employment structuring, policies, termination, restructuring and retrenchment. In M&A, she has acted for companies in domestic and cross-border transactions across sectors including private investments and private equity.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore, the Singapore Academy of Law and the International Bar Association.
