Emily Low

Emily Low is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice and Co-Head of the Investment Funds and Family Office practice groups, specialising in Corporate Law. She focuses on fund formation work, advising clients on a wide range of private investment funds, including private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate and infrastructure funds, hybrid funds, hedge funds and funds of funds.

Emily has advised numerous clients on the establishment of Singapore Variable Capital Companies (VCCs), including open-end and close-end funds, umbrella VCCs and master/feeder structures. She also advises on licensing and regulatory matters, assisting clients with capital markets services licence applications for fund management and advising on licensing exemptions and investment product offering requirements. In addition, she advises high-net-worth individuals and family offices on structuring single- and multi-family offices and family investment vehicles.

Emily holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.

She is recognised by Chambers Asia Pacific as a Leading Individual for Investment Funds (2024–2026), by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a Recommended Lawyer for Investment Funds (2025–2026), and by IFLR1000 as a Highly Regarded Lawyer for Investment Funds (2023–2026). She is also listed on the International Who's Who of Private Funds Lawyers.
