Kenneth Oh

Kenneth Oh is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice group and Co-Head of the firm's Fintech/Blockchain practice. His practice focuses on Blockchain and DLT, corporate finance (including IPOs and RTOs on the Singapore Exchange), M&A, private equity, and capital markets services licensing and compliance.

He has extensive experience advising on blockchain and digital asset initiatives, including security and non-security token offerings, DeFi, cryptocurrency, the establishment and licensing of digital asset exchanges, OTC service providers, and digital asset funds, as well as equity investments and M&A involving blockchain initiatives. Notable matters include advising TenX Pte. Ltd. on its US$80 million token sale, and acting as Singapore counsel on numerous Hong Kong Stock Exchange listings, reverse takeovers, and Catalist board listings. He also regularly advises on joint ventures, corporate and debt restructurings, and cross-border acquisitions with transaction values ranging from tens to hundreds of millions.

Kenneth holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1998) and is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

He is ranked as a Band 1 lawyer for Fintech by Chambers Asia-Pacific and is recognised by The Legal 500, IFLR1000 and Asialaw for capital markets, M&A and fintech. He serves as an independent director on the boards of companies listed on the Singapore Exchange and is a member of the Governing Council of Hedera Hashgraph. He is also a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
