Clement Lim

Clement Lim is an Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate Practice Group, specialising in Corporate Law. His practice focuses on investment funds, debt issuance programmes, financing transactions and capital markets matters, including sustainability-linked and green financing.

Clement has acted on the establishment of a multi-billion-dollar Euro Medium Term Note programme for a Fortune 500 data centre operator, and has advised Singapore-listed REITs and business trusts on debt issuance programmes and financing transactions. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2024 with a Double Degree in Law and Business (Finance), placing on the Dean's List multiple times and earning admission to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honour Society. He was the recipient of the OCBC Prize for Top Student in Finance, the Rajah & Tamm Tax Planning and Policy Prize, and the Clifford Chance Prize in International Commercial Arbitration, among other accolades. He was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2026.
