Sean Gallagher

Sean Gallagher is a Senior Legal Executive in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate Practice Group. He is not a practising lawyer, but provides corporate secretarial and general corporate advisory support to the firm's clients.

Sean has assisted on a wide scope of corporate matters, including share transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, regulatory compliance and multinational restructuring exercises. Notable matters include assisting with the S$880 million acquisition of Loyang Valley by a SingHaiyi-led consortium, a US$146.7 million cross-border share sale transaction, and a S$200 million sale of a Singapore entity owning two hotels in Central Singapore. He has also worked on multi‑jurisdictional restructuring and whistleblowing projects involving numerous jurisdictions worldwide.

Sean graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Jurisprudence (2010) and successfully completed the Singapore Bar examinations in 2014.
