Belle Teh

Belle Teh is a Partner at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in banking and finance law and debt capital markets. She has acted as legal counsel in a wide range of transactions, including the establishment of multicurrency debt programmes, bond and convertible bond issuances, green bond offerings, and liability management exercises.

Belle has advised CapitaLand India Trust on its maiden issuance of S$100 million subordinated perpetual securities; OUE Treasury on its S$150 million green notes issuance; Centurion Corporation on its exchange and tender offers; Aspial Lifestyle on its medium‑term note programme updates; and iFast Corporation on the establishment of its S$300 million multicurrency debt issuance programme. She has also acted for financial institutions, multinational corporations, and professional trustees on complex financing transactions, including bilateral loan facilities, private fund refinancings, convertible note investments, and sale‑and‑leaseback arrangements.

Belle holds an LL.B (Hons) from Singapore Management University (2018) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019. She is described by clients as “meticulous, solution‑oriented, and incredibly responsive, even under significant time pressure”.
