Benjamin Koh

Benjamin Koh is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in dispute resolution. His practice focuses on complex banking, employment, property and shareholder disputes, as well as investigations. He regularly advises multinational corporations, banks, REITs, trading firms, and high‑net‑worth individuals on regulatory, risk management, and novel points of law.

He has acted for Cache Logistics Trust in its lease dispute with the C&P Group and Schenker Singapore, for ALOG Trust in its lease dispute with TheSeafoodCompany, and for Qantas Airways in a cross‑border employment dispute. He also represented Hwa Hong Corporation in a financial advisor dispute and Ripple Markets APAC in a digital asset dispute against Moneytrans Payment Services. He is described as “easy to work with, accessible, strategic, and able to see things from every angle.” He has been recognised by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific and Benchmark Litigation Asia‑Pacific.

Benjamin graduated with a Double First from the University of Cambridge and worked in the London and Shanghai offices of a Magic Circle firm. He served as a Justices’ Law Clerk to the Chief Justice and Judges of the Singapore Supreme Court and has taught commercial conflict of laws at the Singapore Management University as an adjunct professor. He was selected for the Supreme Court’s Young Amicus Curiae Scheme in 2016 and was a contributing editor to the Singapore White Book. He is admitted to the Singapore Bar (2014) and the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales (2012).
