Deya DUBEY

Deya Dubey is a Partner in the Energy, Projects & Construction Practice, specialising in dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in infrastructure, construction, energy, oil and gas, marine, shipping, and criminal law disputes, resolving complex matters through negotiations, mediation, litigation, and arbitration.

He has appeared at all levels of the Singapore Courts and has acted as counsel in arbitrations under SIAC, ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL rules, seated in Singapore, Paris, London, and Geneva. He has particular expertise in high‑value construction and infrastructure disputes across multiple jurisdictions, representing clients in complex, cross‑border contentious matters.

Deya also teaches Construction Law at the National University of Singapore and coaches moot teams at Singapore Management University. He serves on the Criminal Legal Aid Steering Committee under the Ministry of Law. He holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Singapore Management University and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
