Samuel Navindran

Samuel Navindran is a Partner in the Specialist & Private Client Disputes Practice and the White Collar & Enforcement Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in commercial litigation, international arbitration, and white‑collar criminal defence. He has appeared at all levels of the Singapore Courts, including the Singapore International Commercial Court, and has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes, class‑action suits with cross‑border elements, contested liquidations, and large‑scale construction disputes.

He has acted for individuals facing investigations and charges involving corruption, Securities & Futures Act breaches, cheating, and money laundering, and has represented clients facing extradition and cross‑border investigations. His practice spans both contentious and advisory work across a broad range of commercial and criminal matters.

Samuel holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore, where he appeared on the Dean's List in his final academic year. He is admitted to the Singapore Bar. He is a member of the Law Society's Criminal Practice Standing Committee and provides pro bono representation under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme.
