Sarah Chew is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and international arbitration. She advises and acts for multinational corporations, directors and shareholders, and high‑net‑worth individuals across a broad range of contentious matters.

Sarah has acted for a prominent real estate group in a dispute over the purchase of a commercial property valued at S$260 million; advised a renowned charity in an ICC arbitration against a former staff member for breaches of confidence; acted for a Chinese industrial refrigeration company in an SIAC arbitration against its supplier; obtained a worldwide freezing (Mareva) injunction for US$20 million in a high‑net‑worth family dispute; acted for the liquidators of SC Aetas Holdings Pte Ltd and successfully defended an appeal by an investor seeking to retain fictitious profits from one of the largest Ponzi schemes in Singapore; and acted for Multi‑Chem Limited in respect of investigations raised by SGX.

Sarah holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2019) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2020.
