Hoang Linh Trang

Hoang Linh Trang is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in dispute resolution, cross‑border restructuring and insolvency, and banking and commercial disputes. She regularly advises and represents institutional lenders, insolvency professionals, and corporate clients on complex commercial matters.

Trang has acted for the joint and several liquidators of Founder Group (Hong Kong) Limited in heavily contested winding‑up petitions that resulted in a series of prominent Singapore Court of Appeal decisions; for a major lender in the judicial management of NutryFarm International Limited; for New Silkroutes Group Limited in its restructuring exercise involving a pre‑packaged scheme of arrangement; for a major bank lender in the restructuring of Pacific International Lines' debts in excess of US$1 billion; for a major bank lender in the judicial management of KS Energy Limited and KS Drilling Pte Ltd; and for a bank lender in the restructuring of Hin Leong Trading's debts of approximately US$3.5 billion. She has also acted for bank lenders in admiralty actions and trade finance disputes arising from the collapse of the Hin Leong Trading Group.

Trang holds an LL.B. from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2018.
