Jill Ann KOH

Jill Ann Koh is a Partner in the Commercial & Corporate Disputes and International Arbitration Practices, specialising in commercial litigation, international arbitration, and dispute resolution. She has an active court and international arbitration practice in complex, high‑value and multi‑jurisdictional shareholder, contractual, fraud and asset recovery disputes, with a particular focus on technology, internet businesses, e‑commerce, energy, and international sales and investment sectors.

She regularly advises Mainboard‑listed entities, financial institutions, global investment businesses and funds, and other professional entities on a broad range of legal issues. Her experience includes a stint with Twenty Essex Chambers in London, where she worked closely with barristers and King's Counsel on a variety of English law matters.

Jill holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the Singapore Management University, which she represented in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She is admitted to the Singapore Bar and currently serves as legal advisor to the Singapore Disability Sports Council.
