Tan Ei Leen

Tan Ei Leen is an Associate Director in the Dispute Resolution practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in Dispute Resolution. She has successfully represented clients as lead counsel in various commercial disputes before the High Court and State Courts, and has appeared in matters alongside Senior Counsels.

Ei Leen also acts for clients in high‑value matrimonial disputes. She has been involved in numerous reported decisions, including Doo v Dop [2025] SGHC 85, Golden Barley International Pte Ltd v BASP [2024] SGHC 235, Shanghai Afute Food and Beverage Management Co v Tan Swee Meng [2023] SGHC 34, and Exim & Mfr Holdings Pte Ltd v Tan Yee Ling Ivy [2021] SGHC 263, as well as appellate matters including iVenture Card Ltd v Big Bus Singapore [2021] SGCA 97.

She holds an LL.B. (Cum Laude) from Singapore Management University (2018) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2019. She also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the National University of Singapore in 2024.
