Jason Chen

Jason Chen is the Chief Executive Officer of DrewCorp Services Pte Ltd and a Director in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Drew & Napier LLC, focusing on commercial disputes, employment law, internal investigations, and corporate governance matters. He also leads DrewCorp Services, which provides chartered secretarial, corporate administration, immigration, notary public and scrutineer services.

He has considerable experience advising boards of directors, independent directors and audit committees on litigation matters, reporting and disclosure requirements, and internal investigations into corporate governance breaches and employee misconduct. Notable matters include acting for the Independent Directors of a listed company in investigating corporate governance allegations; advising the board of a national medical research organisation on investigations into senior management complaints; acting for an Australian listed company in defending a claim by a former CFO for breach of employment contract; and representing clients in SIAC, LCIA, ICC and UNCITRAL arbitrations involving joint venture, commercial and contractual disputes.

Jason holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2008) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2009.
