Natasha Goh

Natasha Goh is an Of Counsel in the Dispute Resolution and Private Client Advisory Practice Groups at Harry Elias Partnership, focusing on Dispute Resolution.

She has experience representing both claimant and defendant in claims for minority oppression under the Companies Act before the Singapore High Court, and has also been involved in arbitrations before the SIAC and the ICC.

Natasha also has experience advising on and setting up trusts for private clients, including working with both institutional and private trustees.

Her experience with both advisory services and dispute settlement has enabled her to be more effective in both types of work. In drafting contracts or providing advice, her experience in dispute settlement allows her to pre-empt common issues that may potentially arise, putting clients in a position that would be useful in the event of a future dispute. Her advisory experience enables her to better understand the commercial realities of corporate clients, helping her settle disputes in a holistic manner.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and The Law Society of Singapore. She volunteers as defence counsel under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme and as a lawyer at community legal clinics.
