Isaac Hoe

Isaac Hoe is a Senior Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He has experience in civil litigation, criminal law, family law and probate, and has taken on pro bono cases.

Isaac has acted for plaintiffs in High Court suits involving recovery of monies, for defendants in counterclaims involving misappropriation, and has successfully resisted applications for leave to tax invoices at the High Court. He has assisted in a successful 12-day High Court trial involving claims of fraudulent misrepresentation, conspiracy, and vicarious liability, and in a case at the Appellate Division involving contractual claims.

Isaac holds an LL.B. from Singapore Management University (2020) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2021.
