In the restructuring space, he acted in the Hyflux Restructuring for the Trustee of perpetual securities holders with claims exceeding $500 million, and in the Ezion restructuring for the investor. He has acted in multi‑million dollar international arbitrations under SIAC and other institutions, and has successfully represented major Korean MNCs, Japanese MNCs, state‑owned entities, and leading commodities traders.

Mark holds an LL.B (2nd Class Honours, Upper Division) from the National University of Singapore (2003), where he was on the Dean's List. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Specialist Mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Centre, and a member of the Inquiry Panel of the Law Society of Singapore.
