Hui Min Ng

Hui Min Ng is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practices, and Co-Head of the Real Estate Disputes practice, specialising in Dispute Resolution. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, she handles complex and high-value disputes involving joint ventures, commodities, international sale of goods, directors' duties, shareholders, real estate and employment issues, and has acted in significant international arbitration cases under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and other institutions.

Hui Min has successfully represented clients in landmark disputes, including acting for a Thai manufacturer in an SIAC arbitration where the tribunal determined the share sale price at more than US$10 million—approximately four times the price offered in the drag notice. In Wingcrown Investment Pte Ltd v Mannepalli Gayatri Ram [2023] SGHC 1, she successfully recovered possession of a property for a developer and obtained damages exceeding S$720,000, a leading authority on damages for holding over. She has also acted in disputes under the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act and regularly advises on confidentiality, restrictive covenants, defamation and Personal Data Protection Act matters.

Hui Min holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2006) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Law Society of Singapore, an accredited mediator of the Singapore Mediation Centre, and a member of the Council for Estate Agencies Disciplinary Panel.

She is recognised as a Litigation Star for Real Estate by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific (2026).
