Randolph Khoo

Randolph Khoo is the Director of the Dispute Resolution Department at Drew & Napier, and heads the dispute resolution practices of the Greater China, India, International Trade Desk and Private Client Disputes Group. He is keenly involved in arbitration and international disputes, with particular expertise in China-related arbitrations, including those under CIETAC rules.

He has been recognised by Chambers Asia-Pacific and Chambers Global as a leading practitioner in dispute resolution in Singapore and China, and endorsed by Best Lawyers International for arbitration, mediation and litigation. Clients have praised him as a leader of a "very accessible and efficient" team who is "well versed in international arbitration, willing to listen and extremely business-oriented". Notable matters include a successful appeal to the Court of Appeal in Suying Design Pte Ltd v Ng Kian Huan Edmund; a successful appeal setting aside a substantial portion of a SIAC award on a claim of USD 43.87 million in BXH v BXI; and acting as counsel in arbitrations under CIETAC, UNCITRAL, ICC, SIAC and DIAC rules in Singapore and abroad.

Randolph holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1989), where he topped the final examination and public international law course. He was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1990.
