Audrey Sim

Audrey Sim is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice groups, focusing on professional liability and healthcare-related disputes.

She has advised and represented medical and dental practitioners, hospitals, medical defence organisations and insurance companies in medical negligence suits before the Court of Appeal, High Court and State Courts. She has also acted for healthcare professionals in disciplinary proceedings before the Singapore Medical Council and the Singapore Dental Council, and assisted hospitals and medical practitioners at coronial inquiries. Beyond contentious work, she advises healthcare institutions on regulatory investigations, Personal Data Protection Commission proceedings, and internal protocols and consent documentation for biotech companies.

Audrey graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2013 with an LL.B (Hons) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Singapore Bar in 2014.

She is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and the Law Society of Singapore, and has presented at medical law seminars for SingHealth, National Healthcare Group and Parkway Pantai. She also volunteers at Community Legal Clinics as part of her pro bono work.
