Kia Meng Loh, FCIArb, TEP

Kia Meng Loh is the Chief Operating Officer and a Senior Partner at Dentons Rodyk, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He is a senior advisor to business families, family offices, high-net-worth individuals and private clients on preserving, protecting and transferring wealth across generations, with an integrated practice spanning private wealth, succession, family governance, disputes, investigations and cross-border regionalisation.

Kia Meng co-heads the firm's Private Wealth, Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation, Government Investigations and White-Collar Crime, and Regional Practice groups. His work sits at the intersection of wealth planning, succession, family governance, disputes and investigations, advising on regulatory scrutiny and the long-term stewardship of wealth. He has represented clients in trust and estate disputes, contested wills and probate, mental capacity and undue influence matters, and has acted in high-profile investigations involving fraud, bribery, corruption, money laundering and corporate espionage. Notable matters include representing the vendor of Singapore's blood bank in the case where the personal details of 800,000 blood donors were illegally accessed, and acting for A*STAR in the coroner's inquiry into the death of American researcher Dr Shane Todd.

Kia Meng holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2002). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Trust and Estate Practitioner accredited by STEP, and a mediator on the Specialist Mediator Panel of the Singapore International Mediation Centre.
