Vincent Ho is a Partner in the Specialist & Private Client Disputes Practice and Private Wealth Practice, specialising in dispute resolution. His main areas of practice include complex civil and commercial litigation, including contractual and banking disputes, landlord‑tenant and property‑related disputes, shareholder disputes, and mental capacity and succession disputes. He also has significant experience in criminal defence litigation and assists companies in conducting investigations involving employee misconduct, civil and regulatory misconduct.

He regularly advises licensed trust companies and financial institutions on trust, compliance, and regulatory matters. He also has an active private wealth practice, advising high‑net‑worth clients on succession and estate planning, employment, and immigration law issues. His broad expertise in both contentious and non‑contentious matters makes him a highly effective advisor with a keen understanding of client concerns and interests, working closely with clients to achieve positive outcomes both in Court and through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Vincent holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar. He is a member of the Probate Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore.
