Shirlene Leong

Shirlene Leong is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She has acted in litigation at all levels of Singapore's courts across construction, shipping, technology, energy, insurance and healthcare sectors, with experience managing high-value international arbitrations and complex multi‑jurisdictional matters.

Shirlene has represented a Chinese state‑owned enterprise in a USD 22 million SIAC arbitration arising from an EPC contract dispute related to a windfarm project in Vietnam, a Korean multinational construction company in an ICC arbitration involving a USD 28 million dispute under a consortium agreement for a coal‑fired power plant in Indonesia, and a public sector healthcare institution in a domestic arbitration to recover over SGD 1 million in remedial costs. She has also advised on non‑contentious corporate advisory matters and has experience with injunctive relief and enforcement proceedings.

Shirlene holds an LL.B. from Singapore Management University (2017) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2018.
