Chan Hian Young

Chan Hian Young is a Consultant at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in dispute resolution, property law, trusts and estates, family law, wills and probate, employment law, and corporate and commercial law. He advises clients across a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular focus on property, trust, equity, family, and succession disputes.

Hian Young has advised on the setting up of many charities and their registration for charity and/or Institution of a Public Character (IPC) status, and has provided guidance on charities governance and fundraising issues. He also supports the Firm's pro bono programme, providing legal advice and services free of charge to selected charitable organisations.

Chan Hian Young holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1988.
