Craig Chua

Craig Chua is an Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He focuses on construction-related disputes, including litigation, arbitration and adjudication under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act.

Craig has acted for a local renewable energy service provider in a S$5 million dispute concerning Singapore's largest ground-mounted solar farm, reported in Terrenus Energy SL2 Pte Ltd v Attika Interior + MEP Pte Ltd [2025] SGHC(A) 4. He has also acted in a S$3 million arbitration involving a soil remediation project for a major national sporting landmark, and on numerous SOPA adjudications across sectors including healthcare, HDB projects and commercial developments. Additionally, he has advised a major local data centre on contractual and insurance issues arising from a fire incident.

Craig holds an LL.B. (Upper Second-Class Honours) from the University of Cambridge (2021) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore in 2024. He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore.
