Jayden Zhao

Jayden Zhao is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice at Dentons Rodyk, specialising in dispute resolution, international arbitration, and commercial litigation. He advises clients in commercial disputes before ICC and SIAC arbitral tribunals, as well as the Singapore courts.

Prior to joining Dentons Rodyk, Jayden served as Deputy Counsel at SIAC, where he supervised and managed over a hundred arbitrations across construction, international trade, shipping, insurance, hotel management, finance, guarantees, shareholder disputes, telecommunications, commercial distribution, medical, and intellectual property fields. He has a strong understanding of the SIAC Rules, including the emergency arbitration provisions, and has scrutinised various arbitral awards. He has also spoken at numerous webinars on SIAC's behalf in both English and Mandarin.

Jayden holds an LL.B from Singapore Management University and was called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2019.
