Wilson Koh

Wilson Koh is a Director in the Dispute Resolution practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in Dispute Resolution. He focuses on complex commercial disputes, with particular experience in high‑stakes international disputes involving joint ventures, engineering and construction, and financial institutions.

Wilson has acted for and advised clients from across Asia, including investment funds, government‑linked companies, public listed companies, and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals. Notable matters include successfully overturning a High Court decision in Ma Binxiang v Hainan Hui Bang Construction Investment Group Ltd. [2022] SGHC(A) 37, a rare successful appeal to the Appellate Division; representing an Asian steel producer in claims exceeding US$100 million against a global supplier of steel plants; successfully representing a state‑owned telecommunications company in defeating claims of more than US$100 million concerning a joint venture in Asia; and advising an international sports marketing agency on matters involving billions of rights revenues under a master rights agreement for major sporting events.

Wilson has appeared in court and represented clients in international arbitrations under the ICC, SIAC, and UNCITRAL Rules, and has served as tribunal secretary in ICC and SIAC arbitrations. He holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017.
