Jason Chan, SC is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP and Senior Counsel, specialising in dispute resolution. He advises corporate and high‑net‑worth clients in a wide range of contentious matters, including Court litigation, international arbitration, regulatory disputes, and investigations. He is described as “highly eloquent” and “extremely fast in sizing up any complex issues” by leading publications, and was named by Asia Legal Business as one of the Top 15 Litigators in Southeast Asia in 2023.

He has been instructed to act for clients in complex commercial disputes, arbitration proceedings, and regulatory investigations, and has appeared before all levels of the Singapore courts. He is recognised by Chambers Asia‑Pacific, Lexology Index, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Asialaw, Doyle’s Guide, and Benchmark Litigation for his litigation and dispute resolution work. He is a former President of the Law Society of Singapore and has served on key committees concerning the legal profession in Singapore, including the Chief Justice’s Ethics and Professional Standards Committee and the Supreme Court’s Rules of Court Working Party. He holds an LL.B. (Hons) (First Class) from the National University of Singapore (2002) and an LL.M. from Columbia University (2009). He was admitted to the Singapore Bar and is also an overseas member of the Chancery Bar Association of England and Wales.
