Wendy Lin is the Head of the Asset Recovery & International Enforcement Practice, Deputy Head of the Commercial & Corporate Disputes Practice, and a Partner in the International Arbitration Practice, specialising in dispute resolution. She handles high-value, multi‑jurisdictional and complex commercial, fraud and asset recovery disputes before the Singapore Courts, as well as in arbitrations conducted under various arbitral rules. She has been at the forefront of numerous landmark arbitration‑related Court decisions, combining expertise in litigation, enforcement and arbitration work.

In addition to her practice as counsel, she sits as an arbitrator in cases administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the International Chamber of Commerce and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. She is the Co‑Chair of the ILA Committee on Conflict‑of‑Laws Issues, a member of the Singapore Academy of Law's Law Reform Committee and the Regional Representative South East Asia of the IBA Asset Recovery Committee. She served as Co‑Chair of YSIAC from 2019 to 2024.

Wendy is the first Asian lawyer to be ranked in Chambers Global Guide to Asset Tracing & Recovery, one of two Global Elite Thought Leaders for Asset Recovery in Singapore, and has been selected as a Global Leader in Commercial Litigation, Arbitration and Asset Recovery since 2020. She is recognised as a "Leading Individual" by The Legal 500, a "Litigation Star" by Benchmark Litigation and ranked in Chambers Global and Chambers Asia‑Pacific. She was awarded "Rising Star: Litigation" at the Euromoney Asia Women in Business Law Awards, 2019 and won the "Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution" category for Singapore at the Client Choice Awards 2019. Wendy holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
