Meryl Koh

Meryl Koh is a Director in both the Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property (IP) Departments at Drew & Napier, specializing in Dispute Resolution. She is a leading practitioner in litigation in Singapore, acting in complex local and cross‑border disputes involving IP, digital media, video games, entertainment, technology, shareholders, defamation, and employment matters.

Meryl's clients include high‑net‑worth individuals, media personalities, listed companies, and international household names across the media, video games, sports, F&B, technology, and biopharmaceutical industries. She handles cases involving patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, passing off, breaches of confidential information, oppression, breach of director's duties, and defamation. She is also experienced in arbitration proceedings.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) with Distinction from the University of New South Wales (2007). She was admitted as an Australian Lawyer in 2008, joined Drew & Napier as an International Lawyer in 2008, and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2011.
