Zoe Pittas

Zoe Pittas is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, specialising in Dispute Resolution. Her practice covers security enforcement and loan recovery, contractual disputes, medical litigation and insurance cases, representing a wide range of clients from multinational corporations to individuals.

Zoe has been involved in the near-S$3 billion restructuring and winding up of Hyflux Ltd as legal advisor and representative of the Trustee for the Perpetual Securities, whose claims exceed S$500 million. She has also successfully enforced securities for approximately US$32 million in the Singapore High Court. In medical defence, she advises and represents individual medical and dental practitioners and healthcare institutions in civil suits, Coroner's Inquiries, and professional disciplinary proceedings before the Singapore Medical Council and Singapore Dental Council, including successfully defending medical practitioners in the Singapore Court of Appeal in Noor Azlin bte Abdul Rahman v Changi General Hospital Pte Ltd [2019] SGCA 13.

Zoe holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2017) and was called to the Singapore Bar in August 2018. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
