Sharon Ki

Sharon Ki is an Associate Director in the Dispute Resolution practice at Drew & Napier, focusing on commercial litigation and international arbitration. She represents clients at all levels of the Singapore Courts and in international arbitration proceedings, with particular expertise in complex cross-border disputes.

She advises clients across a broad range of industries including life sciences, technology, international trade, oil & gas, banking and trade finance. Notable matters include securing an interim proprietary injunction over digital assets valued over SGD 220 million in urgent cross-border tracing and recovery efforts; acting in a high-value commercial litigation involving a USD 112 million professional negligence claim against the former auditors of an insolvent oil trading subsidiary; representing a Korean biopharmaceutical firm in an SIAC arbitration arising from a USD 750 million Covid-19 vaccine manufacturing agreement; and successfully representing a commodities trading company in an SIAC arbitration against a Singapore-listed financial services institution, securing a favourable award dismissing all claims. She has also advised on third-party funding arrangements for litigation, including the sale and assignment of claims in the context of insolvency and commercial litigation funding.

Sharon holds an LL.B (Hons) from Queen Mary University of London (2016) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2019.
