Samuel Pang

Samuel Pang is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Arbitration practice, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He has acted for clients in commercial disputes before the Singapore Courts and before arbitral tribunals in the fields of construction, aviation, employment, oil and gas, and restructuring and insolvency.

Samuel has represented clients in domestic and international arbitrations administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and under the ICC Rules, and has acted for contractors in adjudication proceedings under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act. Notable matters include acting for a Chinese aircraft company in an ICC arbitration to obtain specific performance of a perpetual license agreement, and successfully acting for a Singapore contractor in an SIAC-administered arbitration regarding a reconstruction contract under the REDAS Design and Build Conditions of Contract. He has also acted in court proceedings involving judicial management and claims against former employees for misconduct.

Samuel holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Bristol (2015) and a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) from Nanyang Technological University (2012). He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
