Andre SOH

Andre Soh is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Disputes Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and arbitration. He has a broad dispute resolution practice and regularly appears as counsel in both arbitration and domestic litigation before the Singapore Courts, including criminal and regulatory matters.

Andre's clients include stakeholders across a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, construction, aerospace, shipping, healthcare, and real estate development. He was previously appointed as Young Amicus Curiae to assist the Court on a novel point in the law of civil procedure.

Andre holds a JD (Summa Cum Laude) and a BSc Economics (Cum Laude) from Singapore Management University, where he was awarded the Wee Chong Jin Prize for the Most Outstanding Juris Doctor Graduate in his graduating class of 2017 and the Portcullis Trust Prize for the Top Student in the Law of Equity and Trusts. He is admitted to the Singapore Bar.

Prior to entering private practice, Andre served as a Justices' Law Clerk to the Chief Justice and the Judges of the Supreme Court of Singapore, and was a facilitator for the Land Law module in Part A of the Singapore Bar Examinations.
