Daryl Xu

Daryl Xu is a Partner in the Litigation Practice at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and corporate investigations. His practice focuses on commercial and corporate disputes, including shareholders' disputes, complex property and contract claims, employment disputes, and trust disputes.

Daryl has advised clients on regulatory and risk management issues and has been involved in the conduct of corporate investigations. Prior to joining Allen & Gledhill, he served as a Justices' Law Clerk to the Chief Justice and Judges of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Daryl holds an LL.B. (Hons) (First Class) from the National University of Singapore, where he was awarded the Adrian Clark Memorial Medal and was the top candidate in the Singapore Bar Examinations in 2012. He also holds a B.C.L. (Distinction) from the University of Oxford and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, which he attended on a Fulbright Scholarship. He regularly publishes in peer-reviewed Singapore and international law journals on commercial and corporate law, civil procedure, and the legal profession.
