Bryan Chang

Bryan Chang is a Partner in the Banking & Finance Practice at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in banking and finance law, project finance, and acquisition finance. He advises clients on bilateral and syndicated lending, project finance, acquisition finance, vessel finance, and receivables finance matters.

Bryan has represented lenders in the financing of the development of Hotel Indigo Changi Airport; in the financing of the privatisation of Healthway Medical; DayOne in one of Asia's largest data centre syndicated financings and Malaysia's biggest syndicated green Islamic facility; a sponsor in the financing of a waste-to-energy IPP in Singapore; and lenders in the restructuring for one of the largest independent energy storage terminals in APAC. Prior to joining Shook Lin & Bok, he was a senior associate in the Banking & Finance practice at another leading Singapore law firm and was seconded to the project finance team of a leading Singapore bank, where he dealt with projects in Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other jurisdictions.

Bryan holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2011) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2012.
