Celeste Yao

Celeste Yao is a Counsel in the Corporate Regulatory & Compliance Practice at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory. She advises SGX‑ST listed companies and private companies on corporate regulatory and compliance matters, and counsels company directors on their duties, responsibilities, and disclosure requirements.

Celeste has experience advising NASDAQ and NYSE‑listed Singapore companies on post‑listing regulatory compliance, and regularly assists in corporate reorganisations and restructurings, equity investments into Singapore companies, and foreign entities establishing a presence in Singapore. She also advises on equity incentive schemes and employment matters.

Celeste holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2018.
