Patricia Seet

Patricia Seet is a Partner and heads the Allen & Gledhill Corporate Services (AGCS) team, specialising in corporate governance, corporate services, and compliance. She advises on the establishment and administration of all legal entities registered in Singapore, including variable capital companies, public unlisted companies, companies limited by guarantee, private companies, limited liability partnerships, foreign companies (Singapore branches), societies, and limited partnerships.

Patricia regularly advises companies across a wide spectrum of industries on corporate matters, governance and compliance issues, as well as immigration and employment matters. She serves on the boards of private and public unlisted companies, acts as company secretary to these companies, and also acts as an authorised representative for registered foreign companies with Singapore branches.

Patricia holds an LL.B. (Hons) and an LL.M. from the National University of Singapore. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 1986.
