Jayne Lee is a Partner in the Corporate Governance and Compliance and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices at WongPartnership, specialising in corporate governance. She advises public and private clients on corporate governance frameworks, compliance matters, and corporate advisory work.

She has extensive experience advising clients on board governance, regulatory compliance, and corporate secretarial matters, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements and best practices. Her practice spans a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance across multiple sectors.

Jayne holds an LL.B. (Hons) (Senior Status) from the University of Nottingham and was awarded The Singapore Institute of Legal Education Prize for the Best Student on the Course in Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations 2014. She is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
