CHANG Man Phing

Chang Man Phing is a Partner in the Professional and Enterprise Disputes Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, medical negligence, and professional disciplinary proceedings. She handles civil and commercial litigation involving companies, social and recreational clubs, shareholders and directors, insurance, contracts, and employment matters, including breach of fiduciary duties, confidentiality, non-competition, and non-solicitation clauses.

Man Phing has obtained injunctions and search orders in the High Court of Singapore to protect clients' interests in commercial and intellectual property disputes, and has successfully obtained compensation for many clients through medical negligence claims against hospitals and medical practitioners. She also advises companies, clubs, and committees on compliance with rules and bye-laws, disciplinary processes, whistle-blowing processes, and internal operating processes.

She is a prosecuting counsel for various professional boards, including the Singapore Medical Council, Singapore Dental Council, Allied Health Professions Council, and Singapore Nursing Board, appearing before Disciplinary Tribunals and the Court of Three Judges. She also acts for the Council for Estate Agencies in disciplinary proceedings and enforcement matters against errant estate agents and salespersons.

Man Phing holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
